INTRODUCTION

The Komló Hospital has two departments involved in inpatient care: Internal Medicine (20 beds), General Surgery (15 beds). The hospital has same-day care (surgery, obstetrics-gynecology, orthopedics, urology) services. It has chronic care unit in pulmonology and respiratory rehabilitation (50 beds), in internal medicine (51 beds) and for long-term (30 beds). There are 29 outpatient units which provide patient care in the region.
